FBFM is committed to supporting its staff’s careers in different ways.  New Field Staff undergo two years of training.  New Staff Training consists of five training sessions which are held in May, June, July, October, and December.  FBFM offers various training opportunities for its staff, including Enrolled Agent training every two years and one-day training sessions throughout the year. Additionally, FBFM organizes two conferences annually, along with Spring District Meetings and Cooperator Meetings.  FBFM’s staff is committed to growing its staff’s experience, exploring diverse methods to engage with the community through presentations, cooperative meetings, and volunteer initiatives, and connecting with cooperators through personal connections and farm business consultations.
